This booking is for Trapped! Las Vegas.

 

I acknowledge in order to make a reservation that I understand and consent to the following:

Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

My entire group may be refused service if anyone in my party appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

If my booking is rescheduled within 24 hours of the reservation time I will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.

If my party arrives late the time allowed for my experience will be reduced.

If I do not show up or cancel my booking I will not receive a refund.
