We have no minimum age requirement. However, the recommended minimum age to participate is 12 years old.
If you need to reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your booking start time. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice we will charge a $50 rescheduling fee.
Because our rooms are private, the booking system closes the remaining spots after a reservation is made. To add players or modify an existing Las Vegas reservation, please call or text us at (702) 907-8078 or use our contact page.

Yes, we are required by our insurance company to have all participants sign a waiver although there is no real risk in any of our rooms.
You can find our waiver here. Please fill it out before your visit to avoid any delays.
Yes, please book online here. We do allow walk-ins as our availability allows.
Escape Room Questions:
Real-life room escape games are a type of physical adventure game in which people are put into a scenario where they have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and complete the objective within a set time limit.
Most of our rooms are not scary. However, One Eyed Jack does have some horror elements and is recommended for older teens and adults.
No, all of our rooms are private.
Don’t worry, we’ll be there to help. You will be provided hints throughout the game if requested.
We currently have five rooms available: The Lair of the Puzzlemaster, One Eyed Jack, Operation: X-13, Pandora’s Box, and Project Zeta: The Human Experiment.
California guests can also explore our Upland and San Dimas locations.
Gift Certificate Questions:
Yes, Gift Certificates are available here.
No, all of our gift certificates never expire and will be honored for any room. If you need to change the room just contact us and we'll be happy to change it to whichever room you wish.
