What is an escape room?
Real-life room escape games are a type of physical adventure game in which people are put into a scenario where they have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and complete the objective within a set time limit.
Can I reschedule?
If you need to reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your booking start time. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice we will charge a $50 rescheduling fee.
Are your rooms scary?
Most of our rooms are not scary. However, One Eyed Jack does have some horror elements and is recommended for older teens and adults.
What’s the minimum age?
We have no minimum age requirement. However, the recommended minimum age to participate is 12 years old.

Will I be paired with another group?
No, all of our rooms are private.
How do I purchase tickets?
You can book tickets online here, or contact us by phone or email.
What if I’m stumped?
Don’t worry, we’ll be there to help. You will be provided hints throughout the game if requested.
I've already booked and now it shows no spots are available. I need to add a person to my booking. How can I do this?
Since our rooms are private once a group has booked in a room our booking system closes all available spots. If you would like to add a person to your booking you can just show up and pay the difference when you arrive.

What rooms are available?
We currently have four rooms available The Lair of the Puzzlemaster, One Eyed Jack, Operation: X-13 and Pandora’s Box.
I would like to give a friend the Trapped! Escape Room experience as a gift. Can I purchase a gift certificate?

Where are you located?
We are located at 4760 Polaris Avenue Las Vegas, Nevada 89103. Just blocks from the Las Vegas Strip!
Do I need to sign a waiver to participate?
Yes, we are required by our insurance company to have all participants sign a waiver although there is no real risk in any of our rooms. A minor waiver is required for any participants under 18 years old.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, please book online here. We do allow walk-ins as our availability allows.
