THE BASICS
Booking Questions:
Where are you located?
We are located at 4760 Polaris Avenue Las Vegas, Nevada 89103. Just blocks from the Las Vegas Strip!
What is the cost?
Weekday tickets start at $42 per person for groups of three or more; smaller groups and weekends are priced differently. Please see our pricing list here.
How do I purchase tickets?
You can book tickets online here, or contact us by phone or email.
What’s the minimum age?
We have no minimum age requirement. However, the recommended minimum age to participate is 12 years old.
Can I reschedule?
If you need to reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your booking start time. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice we will charge a $50 rescheduling fee.
I've already booked and now it shows no spots are available. I need to add a person to my booking. How can I do this?
Because our rooms are private, the booking system closes the remaining spots after a reservation is made. To add players or modify an existing Las Vegas reservation, please call or text us at (702) 907-8078 or use our contact page.
Room maximums still apply; see the individual room pages for participant limits.
Do I need to sign a waiver to participate?
Yes. All participants must sign a waiver before playing. Completing it before your visit helps speed up check-in.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, please book online here. We do allow walk-ins as our availability allows.
Escape Room Questions:
What is an escape room?
Real-life room escape games are a type of physical adventure game in which people are put into a scenario where they have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and complete the objective within a set time limit.
Are your rooms scary?
Most of our rooms are not scary. However, One Eyed Jack does have some horror elements and is recommended for older teens and adults.
Will I be paired with another group?
No, all of our rooms are private.
What if I’m stumped?
Don’t worry, we’ll be there to help. You will be provided hints throughout the game if requested.
What rooms are available?
We currently have five rooms available: How the Pumpkinmaster Stole Christmas, One Eyed Jack, Operation: X-13, Pandora’s Box, and Project Zeta: The Human Experiment.
California guests can also explore our Upland and San Dimas locations.
Gift Certificate Questions:
I would like to give a friend the Trapped! Escape Room experience as a gift. Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes, Gift Certificates are available here.
I have a gift certificate for a specific room. Do I have to use it for that room?
No, all of our gift certificates never expire and will be honored for any room. If you need to change the room just contact us and we'll be happy to change it to whichever room you wish.

Are all Trapped! Las Vegas escape rooms private?
Yes. Your booking is exclusively for your group and you will never be joined by strangers.
How close are the escape rooms to the Strip?
Trapped! is less than one mile from the Las Vegas Strip at 4760 Polaris Avenue.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free on-site parking is available.
