When you are organizing a group activity, the hard part is usually not finding something to do. It is finding something that works for the size and personality of your group.
At Trapped! Las Vegas, the experience can scale from a small private escape room to a larger multi-room event.

Start with your group size
Current room capacities range from two to ten participants depending on the game.
For a normal outing, choose a room that fits your group and reserve it privately. You will not be combined with another party.
For coordinated corporate events arranged in advance, Trapped! can accommodate up to 50 participants at the same time across multiple private rooms. Standard per-room booking limits still apply to regular reservations. An on-site conference room is also available by arrangement for team-building events.
Match the room to the group
Different groups want different kinds of challenge.
Pandora’s Box is more linear and especially suited to smaller teams. Operation: X-13 is action-heavy and interactive. One Eyed Jack is darker and suspenseful. How the Pumpkinmaster Stole Christmas is the current seasonal Puzzlemaster adventure. The Lair of the Puzzlemaster is temporarily unavailable and will return. Project Zeta uses adaptive gameplay and multiple endings.
Do not pick based only on which room holds the most people. A smaller number of players in the right experience can be better than filling the biggest room. Compare the current rooms before you decide.
Friends, families, parties, or work teams
The booking path depends on the event.
A normal friend or family group can book a current room directly.
Birthday and celebration groups can use the party options, including party-room time.
Corporate or organized team events can use the team-building inquiry path, where staff can coordinate multiple rooms and event logistics.
Why private rooms matter for a group event
Your team already has its own dynamic. Adding strangers changes it.
At Trapped!, every Las Vegas game is private, so the group you bring is the group you play with.
That gives organizers a more predictable experience and lets coworkers, friends, or family interact with each other throughout the game.
Practical location advantage
Trapped! is less than one mile from the Strip and has free on-site parking.
That works for local groups as well as visitors staying near the resort corridor, without requiring the event itself to be inside a casino property. Check current pricing for your group size before you confirm the plan.
